［曼谷食记］雪花般的日本北海道起司蛋挞BAKE Cheese Tart @EmQuartier, Bangkok

There is always room for dessert！刚在EmQuartier购物广场底楼用过晚饭，我和外子就迫不及待地到一楼（G floor）源自日本北海道的BAKE Cheese Tart买芝士蛋挞！

看到前面的景色，右边有个入口处，进入左拐直走便是。

每年销售量为400万粒的起司蛋挞只有在日本、香港、首尔和曼谷才能一尝其美味！

日本北海道首屈一指的起司蛋挞

每次经过这个蛋挞档，那股诱人的蛋香和芝士香气，总是让人情不自禁地望它一眼，可惜经常都大排长龙，所以懒惰排队的我们就只好作罢。今天可说是有食神，我们见人龙不长立马排队买蛋挞！☆*:.｡. o(≧▽≦)o .｡.:*☆

眼前一颗颗金黄色的蛋挞，实在好看极了，加上店员把刚出炉的蛋挞摆着桌上，那股怡人的香气，mmm~~~轮到我们的时候，也碰巧后无来者，外子负责买蛋挞，我就心无旁骛地照相。

价格表

1粒蛋挞为80泰铢，买多就较便宜，一盒6粒蛋挞为450泰铢。对牛奶、麦和蛋敏感者需注意。价格有点小贵，但绝对物有所值！*\(^o^)/*

每天新鲜制作的芝士蛋挞，热呼呼的蛋挞谁能抗拒它的魅力？只是看了以上牌子的温馨提示，原本已经把蛋挞放到嘴边的外子，只好稍作忍耐。美食部落客要食物变冷绝对没难度，哈哈！照多几张照片就行了，嘻～

蛋挞外层

我觉得有点像太空船的外型，不像吗？充满蛋香的外层，酥脆之余，干脆磊落，不担心咬它时有小颗粒、小颗粒的蛋挞皮掉落在地上，比起一般的蛋挞更加令人吃得放心，不怕狼狈相暴露在爱人眼前。

>蛋挞内层

芝士蛋挞内层绵密柔软，一口咬下先听到如雪花般融化的声音，入口即溶，在味蕾上绽放着令人感动的浓郁滑顺芝士，咸香四溢～尔后还在味蕾宝宝上留下蛋香和芝士香相互交替的香气，久久不散，美味极了～！

外子如收音机坏了一般不停地问我好不好吃，我一面细细咀嚼它的美味，一面回答：“好吃！” N次～
吃完后，一脸满足的我涌出一句：“明天我要买一盒！……自己吃完！” o(^▽^)o
外子：“……”

The cheese egg tart looks so delicious! Especially the inner layer, seems like it will melt the moment you put into mouth! Gotta try this if I visit Bangkok.

ohhh....my....this is a must must try and enjoy in my next visit to Bangkok!! I am all kinds of tarts fan e.g. egg tart, cheese tart, fruit tart, coconut tarts etc :)
