［丹绒士拔食记］浓情蜜意炭烧鸡翼！

今天咔咔丽娜似乎迟了发博文喔……无他，和大家一样趁假期去吃风了，嘻嘻！吃风归吃风，我还是惦记着爱来这个部落格做客的大侠们，为了大家，我的小肚腩可拼了！
昨晚，星爷的粉丝Gigilala驾着嚤哆车，一面驾，就一面很风骚地在唱：“烧鸡翼我钟意吃……” ，唱着唱着我们就抵达目的地。
这档位于头马路的烧鸡翼档没有招牌，晚上8时正在合兴嚤哆店前摆夜市。原本咔咔丽娜要为档主安娣留影，可是她为人低调，所以只拍到她的烤炉和玉手。

后来，她的女婿见状就勉为其难出面了。
这时的烧鸡翼档散发出浓浓的炭香味，也弥漫着浓浓的爱意。咔咔丽娜征求她的女婿同意后，把他的爱情故事上传到这里。
那些年，外号洪金宝的朋友仔喜欢上档主的女儿，每次放学后开着嚤托车跟着她的女儿回家。从开始偷偷地在后面跟随，到后来演变成陪伴。为了追求她，洪金宝几乎每次和朋友们喝茶都会假假地问：“你们要吃鸡翼吗？” 然后就跑去头马路那里买鸡翼！假朋友要吃鸡翼之名，行泡妞之实。终于皇天不负有心人，洪金宝也会有春天。鲜花终于被洪金宝摘去，从此鲜花与洪金宝过着幸福快乐的日子。备注：洪金宝先生，冤有头，债有主，这段是Gigilala写的。
回到正题，由于是慢火炭烧的鸡翼，20支鸡翼需要等候半小时或以上，我们就先到别的地方溜达，然后再回来拿鸡翼，这样的话我才能争取时间品尝更多美食与您分享。

时间到，我们回到烧鸡翼档口，只见档主漂亮的女儿正在为我们剪鸡翼，烧得金黄色的鸡翼，焦气扑鼻～

鸡翼还没有摆好，我们的手就好像八爪鱼般往碟内拿鸡翼，我抓紧时间拍了以上这张照片。吃上一口，金黄色的外皮非常香脆，撕咬中仿佛可以听见丝丝的声音；抹上蜂蜜配胡椒酱料的鸡翼，经过炭火烧烤后吃起来甜中带微辣，还有一抹浓郁的炭烧味。最重要的是，鸡肉非常柔嫩，还饱含满满的肉汁。
酸柑辣椒酱
本来已经香辣的辣椒酱，经过酸柑汁的点缀，带出了辣椒酱的口感。烧鸡翼沾上辣椒酱，呈现出另一种层次的口感和味道，顿时让我们吃得狼吞虎咽，那种美味就像档主女婿和她的女儿的爱情故事般，琴瑟和鸣。

烧鸡翅根本就是让觉得超级罪恶但又很想要吃的！！哈哈哈

回复删除Seems really delicious! and the chilli sauce is so attracting, normally we eat grilled chicken wing without sauce but this combination seems pretty interesting too.
